This is easy, quick and popular Indian vegetarian potato dish/recipes which can be served as lunch, dinner or breakfast. This aloo dum recipe is made with tomatoes, onion and generous use of Indian spices. The curry texture and spice quotient are balanced with use of cashew paste to make curry thicker. Ingredient:
Potatoes, onion, tomato, ginger garlic red chili paste, bay leaf, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, fenugreek leaves dry, garam masala, cashew paste, oil, salt to taste, water

Deep pan with lid, spatula, blender/grinder
