INGREDIENTS:

1 cup pressed rice/poha
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
8-10 curry leaves
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
salt to taste
3-4 boiled and grated potatoes
2 slices bread
pepper to season
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
some fresh coriander
1/2 cup bhujia
1/4 cup all purpose flour/maida mixed with 1/2 cup water
extra bhujia for coating
