Egg wrap/roll is a quick, easy and filling breakfast/on-the-go lunch/lunch box recipe filled with the goodness of egg and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients for Egg Wrap (2 wraps):
For the chapati dough: ½ cup wheat flour, pinch of salt, ½ tsp oil, water;
For the egg layer – 2 eggs, 2 tbsps finely chopped onions, ¼ tsp finely chopped green chillies (or per taste), salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder;
For the vegetable filling – 2 tbsp finely chopped onions, ¼ finely chopped bell peppers/capsicum, ¼ cup sliced cabbage/lettuce, 2 tbsp mayonnaise (can be substituted with 2 tbsp grated cheese/cream cheese), 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp chilli sauce;
Oil – 1 -2 tsp
