Vegetable Vermicelli Upma or Sevai Upma is a wholesome, nutritious meal which makes a good breakfast or snack for 1 year old and above. You can also give this as a lunch or dinner for young kids. This upma can also be given as a lunchbox item in school.

1/2 cup vermicelli or Sevai
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp rai or mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
2 tbsp chopped carrots
1 tbsp chopped beans
8-10 peas
Water as required

1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch cumin seeds powder
Salt to taste
