1. Black Pudding
Black pudding is a type of blood sausage. It is generally made from pork fat or beef suet, pork blood and a relatively high proportion of oatmeal, in some recipes mixed with grits and sometimes even barley groats. Black pudding pre-sliced may still have a plastic wrap around the circumference that must be removed before cooking.
In the United Kingdom, black pudding is considered a delicacy in the Black Country, the West Midlands, Stornoway, the North West, and especially in Greater Manchester , where it is traditionally boiled and served with malt vinegar out of paper wrapping.

2. Bubble and Squeak
Bubble and squeak is a traditional English dish made with the shallow-fried leftover vegetables from a roast dinner.
The main ingredients are potato and cabbage, but carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts, or any other leftover vegetables can be added.
The dish is so named because the cabbage makes bubbling and squeaking sounds during the cooking process.It is often served with cold meat from the Sunday roast, and pickles or brown sauce, or as an accompaniment to a full English breakfast.

3. Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire pudding is an English dish made from batter consisting of eggs, flour, and milk or water.
The dish is sometimes served with beef and gravy and is a staple of the traditional British Sunday roast. It may also be served as a dessert.
Originally the Yorkshire pudding was eaten on its own as a first course with thick gravy to fill the stomach with the low-cost ingredients so that one would not eat so much of the more expensive meat in the following course.
An early recipe appeared in Alexander Cassey’s The Whole Duty of a Woman in 1737.

4. Cheddar Cheese

Cheddars vary in flavor depending on the length of aging and their origin.
The optimal aging period is 5-6 years; however, for most uses three-year-old cheese is fine and five-year-old cheddar can be saved for special occasions.

A muffin is an individual-sized, baked quick bread product.
English muffins may be topped with sweet toppings, such as jam or honey, or savoury toppings .
English muffins are typically eaten as a breakfast food.

A full breakfast is a breakfast meal, usually including bacon, sausages, eggs, and a variety of other cooked foods, with a beverage such as coffee or tea.
The full breakfast is among the most internationally recognised British dishes

8. Lancashire Hotpot
Lancashire hotpot is a dish made traditionally from lamb or mutton and onion.
topped with sliced potatoes, left to bake in the oven all day in a heavy pot and on a low heat.
Originating in the days of heavy industrialisation in Lancashire in the North West of England.

9. Roast Beef
Roast beef is a dish of beef which is roasted in an oven. Essentially prepared as a main meal,
the leftovers can be and are often served within sandwiches and sometimes are used to make hash.

10. Fish and chips
Fish and chips is a hot dish of English origin, and is an early example of culinary fusion, consisting of fried battered fish, and chips.
