Easy Roast Recipe:
Roast of your size (2 to 3lbs)
1 bottle of steak sauce such as A1 Brand
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon of MInced Garlic
Montreal Steak Seasoning (coat the entire roast)
1 to 2 onions, sliced, your preference on amount

Place roast in the Crockpot and cover with the steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, followed by the minced garlic (spread around) and then shake a good amount of the steak seasoning on top. Cut up the onions and place on top. Cook in the Crockpot on low for 8 hours. May also add in carrots, potatoes, etc.to the Crockpot with the roast. Enjoy!
