Hey guys! Hope you’re having a great weekend! I’ve used Home Chef a few times and dig all the meals so I wanted to share =)

Chicken w/Apple BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
-1 Shallot
-8 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
-6 oz. Asparagus
-4 Sage Sprigs
-2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
-4 fl. oz. Apple Juice
-1/2 oz. Honey
-2 tsp. Chicken Base
-5 1/2 fl. oz. Tomato Juice
-Olive Oil
-Salt & Pepper

Grilled Lemongrass Pork Tenderloin Recipe:
-2 Garlic Cloves (or more if you’re like me & love garlic haha!)
-3 Persian Cucumbers
-1 Lime
-8 oz. Carrot
-1 Red Fresno Chile
-1 Pork Tenderloin
1 Tbsp. Lemongrass Puree
-1 fl. oz. Worcestershire Sauce
-1 oz. Light Brown Sugar
-1 1/2 fl. oz. Seasoned Rice Vinegar
-Olive Oil
-Salt & Pepper
