Dinner Dishes

Join me as I celebrate Thanksgiving (vegan styleeeee)! Much love! 🙂

→ spinach artichoke dip: make cheese (blend: cashews, browned onion, lemon juice, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, vegan butter, nutritional yeast, garlic salt, seasoned salt & corn starch) // pour cheese over chopped spinach & artichoke hearts, mix well // bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes

→ meat + cheese plate: (crackers, dayia jalepeno harvarti cheese, yves veggie salami)

→ holiday roast: (gardein holiday roast)

→ green bean casserole: make soup (blend: vegetable broth, browned onion, boiled cauliflower, seasoned salt, pepper) // pour soup over green beans & crispy fried onions, mix // bake at 425 degrees, covered, for 45 minutes // uncover, add more crispy fried onions on top, bake for an additional 15 minutes

→ mashed potatoes + gravy: boil chopped potatoes // add in almond milk, vegan butter, garlic salt, & pepper, mash together (+ tofurky gravy)

→ sweet potatoes: slice sweet potatoes // lightly boil the slices, then allow to cool // toss slices in vegan butter and brown sugar // stack and top with vegan marshmallow pieces // bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

→ stuffing: in a dish, add stuffing mix, browned onion, cooked celery, dried cranberries and hot vegetable broth, mix and cover // uncover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

→ cranberry crescent rolls: spread cranberry sauce inside the crescent rolls, roll, then bake as usual.
