Hi guys! Welcome back to another What’s for Dinner on Weight Watchers. I thought I’d update you here in the description with my progress since I don’t do daily what I ate videos or progress videos. I weigh in on Mondays and this week I was down 1.2 lbs. My total weight loss is at 42.2 lbs and my total weight loss on WW is 11.7 lbs. I’ve been back on WW for 10 weeks. This is my 3rd time doing weight WW. Each time the program has worked it’s me that hasn’t worked. I’ll end up stopping when I hit my goal and over time I gain my weight back. This time I refuse to let this happen.
I enjoy filming these videos because it pushes me to find new recipes to try and keep the meals interesting.
